Bar Company\u2019s baristas fly all over Europe to make coffee at events. Over the past month, we\u2019ve flown to seven different countries to work for various clients. But why are our baristas hired so often abroad? Are there no baristas in those countries? Or are Bar Company\u2019s baristas really that good?<\/p>\n

Why are our baristas hired from abroad?<\/h2>\n

Because when the moment of truth arrives, everything has to be just right.
\nOf course, there are baristas in countries such as Italy, Greece and France. And of course, our baristas are good. But the reason we are called in so often is that our clients don\u2019t want to take any risks. In the events industry, there\u2019s no second chance to get it right. People often spend months preparing for an event or trade fair, and when the moment of truth arrives, everything has to be just right.<\/p>\n

\"Baristas<\/a>Of course, things do go wrong for us from time to time. But because we\u2019ve all been through it before, we take into account what might go wrong. For example, we provide spare equipment and arrive in the country several days in advance. We also know which local organisations to contact if we do need help with anything.<\/p>\n
