You’re planning an event and you request a quote via the Bar Company website. That very same day, someone called Laurens calls you back.
He asks enthusiastically, ‘Hi, how can I help you?’ You tell him what you’re organising and what you’d like to hire. Laurens tells you everything you want to know, but he goes one step further. He also inspires you with a few brilliant ideas that you hadn’t thought of yourself.
But as the conversation goes on, you find yourself thinking, ‘Hang on a minute, couldn’t Laurens just come along himself? What a lovely bloke!’
