Mocktails and non-alcoholic cocktails
Mocktails and non-alcoholic cocktails have evolved into drinks in their own right, with the same complexity and presentation as alcoholic cocktails. By using non-alcoholic spirits, fresh ingredients and professional techniques, a sophisticated taste experience is created that suits any type of event. From corporate parties to family gatherings, a mocktail bar ensures everyone feels part of the moment.
As well as hiring out mobile mocktail bars, we also offer, in addition to our usual cocktail workshops also mocktail-making workshops.
Can the alcohol simply be left out of any cocktail recipe?
No, simply leaving out the alcohol rarely works. In cocktails, alcohol provides balance, depth and mouthfeel. Without alcohol, a drink often ends up being too sweet or flat. That’s why we always develop mocktails as original recipes. We replace alcohol with non-alcoholic gin, vodka or rum, complemented by bitters, herbs, citrus and homemade syrups. This ensures the mocktail remains perfectly balanced.

Are children allowed to drink mocktails?
Yes, mocktails are ideal for children because they are completely alcohol-free. This makes them popular at family parties, open days and events with a mixed audience. We always tailor the mocktail menu to the target audience. For children, we opt for familiar flavours, festive colours and attractive glasses, without any ingredients that are unsuitable for young guests.
Non-alcoholic cocktails for events
Non-alcoholic cocktails are hugely popular these days. This is partly due to the NIX>18 campaign, which prohibits children under the age of 18 from drinking alcohol.
Non-alcoholic cocktails are also popular for reasons such as religious beliefs, pregnancy or getting home. Curious to find out what we can do for you? We’d be happy to tell you all about our non-alcoholic cocktails! Tel. 088 2035100

Are mocktails healthier than cocktails?
Mocktails contain no alcohol and are therefore a more conscious choice for many guests. They contain no alcohol-related calories and do not affect concentration or reaction times. That does not automatically mean that mocktails are always healthy, as sugar also plays a role. By making extensive use of fresh fruit, herbs and natural ingredients, we keep our mocktails light and refreshing.
Are mocktails suitable for pregnant guests?
Yes, mocktails are a popular choice for expectant guests. When putting together the menu, we take into account ingredients and flavour profiles that are suitable for this, so that they can enjoy the experience without any worries. We also avoid ingredients that are often discouraged during pregnancy, such as raw egg whites, excessive caffeine and strongly stimulating bitters. Instead, we use zesty citrus, subtle herbs, fresh fruit and balanced non-alcoholic spirits, ensuring the mocktails remain accessible, sophisticated and safe. In this way, we offer pregnant guests a fully-fledged cocktail experience, without compromising on flavour or presentation.
