How does an on-site cocktail workshop work?
The on-site cocktail workshop begins with a short and energetic introduction. Our cocktail shaker will explain the ingredients, how the bar tools work, and what to pay attention to when shaking cocktails. This is followed by a live demonstration.
Next, you get to work yourself. Together with your colleagues or friends, you shake three different cocktails and taste your own creations. There is plenty of room for questions and your own variations; we tailor the workshop to your group and schedule in advance.
The duration is flexible: on average, a workshop lasts 1,5 hours, and if we run a little over, that is no problem. We arrive well in advance for the setup, so you can enjoy yourself without a worry.

We start off energetically: our cocktail shaker welcomes everyone, explains which fresh ingredients to use and how the bar tools work.

Live demonstration
You see up close how a professional shakes: from the right proportions to the garnish. Handy tricks that you can then apply yourself.

Shake yourself
Now it's your turn. Together with your group, you will shake three different cocktails , with plenty of room for questions and your own variations.

Tasting and toasting
In each round, you taste your own creation. We finish together with a toast to your new shaking skills; on average, you will be busy for about 1,5 hours.
Which cocktails will you learn to make during the workshop?
During the cocktail workshop, you will be introduced to a wide selection of cocktails . From classics like the Mojito, Margarita, and Cosmopolitan to unique creations that you come up with together with our professional shakers. Would you like to try a fruity Daiquiri or a robust Old Fashioned? Or perhaps a tropical Piña Colada or a refreshing Virgin Mojito? Anything is possible.
We always work with fresh ingredients and various garnishes. If you have specific requests or would like to customize the cocktails to suit your group or theme, we will discuss this with you in advance. This ensures the workshop always aligns with the atmosphere of your event. And did you know that we can also offer the workshop completely alcohol-free?
Take a cocktail workshop at home or on location
Our cocktail bartender brings all the necessary equipment: various types of glassware, garnishes, ice cubes and crushed ice, plus the bottles of liquor and all the tools. We usually use the tables available in the room; if there aren't any, we bring high tables and dress them with black stretch skirts. This way, we can truly work at any location, from an office to a living room.
Our bartenders set everything up and clean everything up afterwards. You don't have to worry about anything, except tasting your own cocktail. How much does an on-site cocktail workshop cost?
You can book an on-location cocktail workshop with Bar Company starting from 700 EUR excluding VAT and transport costs, fully catered including professional guidance, all ingredients, glassware, and bar tools. The larger the group, the more affordable it is per person. As an indication, based on the starting price:

The exact price depends on the number of participants, the duration of the workshop, and any specific requests; you will receive a clear fixed rate in advance, so there are no surprises afterwards.
