Hire a mobile coffee bar

This varies depending on the coffee bar unit. The largest coffee bar measures 2m x 0.82m in transport mode. All coffee bars fit through a standard 0.85m doorway. No, not at all – our customers at 90% don’t have a preference for any particular bar unit. It just needs to look good, and you can always count on that at Bar Company. After looking at our photos, do you have a preference for a coffee bar? If so, please let us know, and we’ll take this into account.

You don’t need to worry about the water, as we’ll take care of our own water supply and drainage. As for electricity, we need two free circuits (3.5 kW, 230 V) per coffee machine. We’ll bring our own 10-metre extension leads to use if necessary.

Absolutely. Our 40 baristas They are certified and have clocked up dozens of hours behind the espresso machines before being allowed out on assignments. They are absolutely mad about coffee and convey this enthusiasm to your guests or visitors. The professionalism of our baristas is guaranteed by providing them with ongoing training at our own BarCademy.

Our experienced baristas We make around 100 coffees and teas per hour per person. This is our rule of thumb, including ‘latte art’ cappuccinos. In practice, we sometimes make more than 100, but we don’t want to commit to that figure. This way, we operate just below maximum capacity and can give our guests our full attention. Would you like more coffees per hour? Then we’ll bring in an extra barista.

Nope. With us, you can enjoy an unlimited number of coffees and teas for a fixed (low) price.

That’s certainly possible. We prefer to work behind our own mobile bars, but this isn’t essential. We can also set up our espresso machine on an existing bar. We often do this, for example, at exhibition stands.

Absolutely. We work with a lot of businesses, so we know just how important ‘branding’ is. That’s why we’re happy to print full-colour designs featuring your artwork on disposable cups. It’s also possible to display your logo on the bar. That way, everyone knows straight away who’s serving this special coffee and why.

Absolutely. We also serve fresh mint tea with honey. What’s more, we always bring at least four popular types of tea with us. So there’s something for everyone.

This is a question we’re often asked once people have tasted our coffee. And it’s usually followed by the question of where the coffee is available to buy. The answer: our coffee isn’t available anywhere. That’s because we’ve developed our own speciality coffee blend in collaboration with Brinks Coffee Roasters. This coffee is roasted especially for us and is a blend of three different coffee beans from Antigua in Guatemala, Paraná in Brazil and La Paz in Honduras. It’s great that you want to know! In 2015, we decided we wanted to operate in a socially responsible manner. We haven’t been idle since then. We’ve reduced our energy consumption by 60% and meet a large proportion of our own energy needs with a roof full of solar panels and a charging point. We’ve also completely stopped using plastic straws and cups. Finally, we use sustainable ingredients as much as possible and have our own sustainable coffee blend. So you could say that we’re a sustainable caterer are.

Absolutely – as well as whole cow’s milk, we’re also bringing some plant-based soya milk and oat milk.

If you let us know where we can set up, we’ll take care of the rest. That means you won’t have to worry about a thing. We’ll also bring everything we need (apart from the power point).
