This is how we provide cocktails on location
For on-site cocktail events, we use mobile cocktail bars that fit through a standard doorway. This means we can set up at virtually any venue. We bring everything with us: the bar, glassware, ice, ingredients, professional bar equipment and experienced cocktail mixologists.
As we are completely self-sufficient, you don’t need to organise a thing. You simply choose the location, and we’ll take care of the rest. Set-up, service and dismantling are all taken care of. That’s exactly why many clients opt for on-site cocktail services rather than separate bar solutions.

How many cocktails can we serve on site?
The number of cocktails we can serve on site depends on the number of guests, the duration of the event and the chosen menu. On average, one professional cocktail mixer can prepare 50 cocktails per hour. For larger groups, we deploy several cocktail mixers at the same time.
We advise you in advance on the right staffing levels. This helps to maintain a brisk pace, prevent queues and keep the event’s energy levels high.
We take care of everything, from set-up to dismantling
When it comes to on-site cocktail service, it’s all about taking the hassle out of it. Our cocktail mixologists arrive well in advance to set up the bar and prepare everything before the first guests arrive. Throughout the event, they ensure smooth service, consistent quality and a pleasant atmosphere behind the bar.

Practical information about cocktails on site
Do you need a power socket?
For on-site cocktail services, one standard 230V power socket is usually sufficient. We use this for refrigeration and any lighting in the bar. If there is no power supply available, we will discuss the options with you in advance.
How much space does the cocktail bar take up?
Our standard cocktail bar measures approximately 1.65 x 0.85 metres. You’ll also need space behind the bar to work comfortably. In total, you should allow for approximately 2.5 x 2 metres.
What if fewer guests turn up than expected?
That’s no problem. We adjust the pace of service to the actual number of guests. The quality and experience of the cocktails on site always remain the same.
