How much does it cost to rent a smoothie bar on location?

The cost of a smoothie bar depends on three factors: the number of smoothies, the duration of the event, and the type of bar. Fresh smoothies are prepared live and are therefore not comparable to standard soft drinks.

What is a shake bike?

We connected a blender to a high-quality exercise bike. This blender doesn't run on electricity, but only by cycling. So, by moving around, you can make your own smoothie! This is the shake bike the combination of technology, sustainability and energy!

How many smoothies should I order?

Good question! If you calculate about 1,5 drinks per guest, you'll be fine.

You'll find your guests happy to forgo their soda when there's a smoothie bar. Fresh smoothies aren't something you drink every day. They're readily available now, while in the city, they'd cost at least €5 each. And because we make multiple varieties, there are always plenty of people who are curious to see what the others taste like.

What kind of cups do you work with?

You get generous 250ml smoothie cups. Because we don't want to use plastic, our cups and straws are made of PLA. PLA is the environmentally friendly alternative to plastic.

Which smoothies will I get?

We always make three types at your event smoothies of juices. This means there's always something for everyone. Over the past 10 years, we've made almost every conceivable smoothie. This means we know exactly which smoothies and juices are popular at events. We've created a fantastic menu with these healthy drinks, incorporating a variety of colors and flavors. The menu changes with the seasons, so you'll enjoy truly summery drinks in the summer. Do you have a preference for a particular ingredient? Let us know, and we'll add it to your menu.

What is the difference between smoothie and juice?

Our juices are fresh juicesWe create fun combinations. Many juices are based on cloudy apple juice, as this enhances the flavor of the other fresh ingredients.

Create a Smoothie It's a bit thicker than fresh juice. We make these drinks in the blender. Both juices and smoothies are super healthy and taste delicious. They're also both made with fresh fruit and vegetables.

What are the dimensions of the smoothie bars?

This varies per bar unit. The largest bar is 2m x 0,82m in transport position. All mobile bars fit through a standard 0,85m doorway. The smoothie bars vary between 1m and 2m and can be connected to create an extra-large bar. Are you unsure whether the bar can rotate or fit in the elevator? Please always indicate this when booking. This way, we can determine which smoothie bar is most suitable.

If you can reserve a floor space of 2,5m wide x 2m deep (per bar) at your location, then you can't go wrong.

Do I have to choose a bar furniture myself?

No, not at all. 90% of our customers don't have a preference for a specific bar unit. It just has to look good, and you can always count on that at Bar Company. How much does it cost to rent a smoothie bar?

The price of renting a smoothie bar depends on several variables, such as the number of smoothies, the number of bartenders, and the number of hours. In principle, you can consider the following variables.

Can I put my logo somewhere?

Absolutely. We work a lot for companies and on beursstands And we understand the importance of branding. If you send us your logo, we'll include it on our menus free of charge. We can also give the smoothies corporate names, such as the "your company" smoothie. Every party is held for a reason, and we're happy to share that with you.

How do you deal with the topic of sustainability and plastic?

Great that you're asking! In 2015, we felt the need to become a socially responsible entrepreneur. We've been busy ever since. We've reduced our energy consumption by 70% and are largely self-sufficient with a roof full of solar panels and multiple charging stations. We also calculate our CO2 emissions to provide catering at your location. We offset these emissions 1:1 by investing in tree-planting projects. Finally, we use as many sustainable ingredients as possible and have developed our own sustainable coffee blend. So you could say we're a... sustainable caterer .

What do I need to arrange myself?

We'll take care of everything, so you don't have to worry about a thing. We'll bring everything we need. How convenient, right?

What happens when we reach the agreed number of smoothies?

Saying "no" at your party isn't an option, so we always bring some extra ingredients and cups. Of course, there are limits, so it's important to accurately estimate the number of drinks beforehand.

When we're almost at the agreed-upon number of juices or smoothies, we'll let you know. At that point, you can decide to close the bar or order additional drinks. These extra smoothies cost the same each as the smoothies in the quote. We'll never make additional drinks without your or the event manager's approval. This way, you'll never encounter any surprises later.

The price of smoothies on location

The price of our smoothie catering depends on three things: approximately how many smoothies we need to make, how long you'd like us to be there, and which bar you'd like to rent.
