We'll take care of everything so you can have a wonderful party. We'll bring everything we need, including all the ice and various glassware. We just don't have time to collect the glasses while we're shaking. We'll do that when we're done, or perhaps someone from the service team could.
Saying "no" at your party isn't an option, so we always bring some extra ingredients and glassware. Of course, there are limits, so it's important to accurately estimate the number of cocktails beforehand.
When we're almost at the agreed-upon number of cocktails, we'll let you know. At that point, you can decide to close the bar or order additional cocktails. These extra cocktails cost the same each as the cocktails in the quote. We'll never shake additional cocktails without your or the event manager's approval. This way, you'll never encounter any surprises later.
