Most of our coffee machines make 200 cups of coffee per hour. Each unit has space for two machines, which means we can double our capacity without taking up any extra space.

Do you want more than 2 × 200 coffees per hour? If so, you can simply hire more machines. If you need more than 400 coffees per hour, it’s often better to set up coffee stations in different locations. This improves routing and throughput.

The dimensions of the mobile unit on which the coffee machine stands are: 95 cm wide x 80 cm deep x 102 cm high. The unit fits through a standard door frame.

No, you only pay for the days on which you use the coffee machine, so you do not pay for the day on which we deliver or collect the machine. If the machine is used on the day of delivery or collection, this still counts as a day’s use and you will be charged for that day.

We can offer extremely competitive rates because we can combine deliveries. If we need to be somewhere at a specific time, we’ll make a special trip just for you, and we’ll need to charge a fee for this.

We’ll deliver the machine on the (working) day before your event, during office hours. That way, you won’t have to worry about any unexpected issues on the day of your event.

On the (working) day following the event, we will collect the machine again during office hours.

We’ll set up the machine(s) in the desired location and demonstrate how it works. If you have your own cups or crockery, we’ll adjust the machine accordingly. We won’t leave until everything is completely clear and to your satisfaction.
