What a premium champagne tower is doing at a corporate event
A champagne tower is a vertical display of hundreds of filled flutes, arranged on clear glass platters and ready to be picked up from the very first moment. No stacked coupes that might topple over, but a stable, eye-catching display that puts a glass of bubbly straight into your guests’ hands.
At a corporate event, this tower does one thing exceptionally well: it sets the tone for the welcome. A premium champagne tower for your corporate event is ideal for an opening, an anniversary, a product launch, a gala or a trade fair – anywhere where first impressions count.
In around 75 per cent of cases, we set up the tower as guests arrive, as a VIP welcome that turns the wait into a special experience.
Here, ‘premium’ means that every detail is just right. The flutes are sparkling, the bubbly is served at the perfect temperature, and the tower is beautifully lit in colours that match your brand. It’s the difference between simply serving a drink and putting on a reception that your guests will be talking about for ages.
We are the pioneers of champagne tower hire in the Netherlands and build our towers in-house, designed specifically for Bar Company. So you’re renting directly from the manufacturer, not through a middleman. This gives us complete control over the materials, the finish and the operation, and gives you the assurance that the premium image really does live up to expectations. If you’d like to explore the whole concept, take a look at what a hire a champagne tower means.

Why the first impression upon arrival makes or breaks your event
You’ve probably seen it before. The venue is ready, the catering’s sorted, and then your guests start trickling in, hang around the cloakroom for a bit, and the tone of the evening hasn’t really taken shape yet. For a casual drinks reception, that’s no big deal. But if you’re inviting business contacts, investors or your most important clients, that very first lull is exactly the wrong way to start.
Hiring a champagne tower for a corporate event solves that problem. Your guests walk in and are immediately handed a glass of bubbly by a well-presented champagne host. No queues, no awkward waiting – just a VIP welcome that shows you’ve taken this seriously. Particularly for an audience from the finance, luxury retail or property sectors, who expect a premium image, the first impression is spot on from the very first second. And that impression immediately reflects positively on your brand.
There’s something else to consider. At a high-profile corporate event, you don’t get a second chance to get it right. Your audience won’t forgive a stacked tower of pastries that’s starting to topple or a disorganised reception. You don’t want to run that risk. With over 2,500 events a year and a review score of 9.3, we know exactly what it takes to make that moment perfect. Two models and your brand on the tower
Premium or Grand Tower Deluxe
There’s a suitable tower for every corporate event. The choice depends on the number of guests, the space available at the venue and the look you’re after.
Constant restocking, short queues
The two models differ in size and application:
- Premium champagne tower, 350 flutes, on wheels and mobile, suitable for up to around 500 guests and ideal for smaller events or hard-to-reach venues
- Grand Tower Deluxe, 1,500 flutes, a diameter of 2 metres and over 3 metres high, the largest tower of its kind, built for large, exclusive events
If you’re unsure which one suits your guest numbers and venue, our event advisers will be happy to help you decide. Take a look at the Mobile Premium champagne tower for smaller-scale events or the grand Grand Tower Deluxe Champagne Tower for the large auditoriums.
Even if you have more guests than the tower can hold, everything runs smoothly. Our champagne hosts continuously top up the tower whilst a colleague serves the drinks. This means more people can enjoy the bubbly than there are glasses on the tower, and queues remain short, even with large numbers of guests. For smaller groups, we actually top up the tower with flutes filled with champagne-coloured water, so that it always looks nicely filled.

Your logo at the base of the tower
If you’d like to make the reception part of your strategy, we’ll place your logo or artwork on the base of the tower. A champagne tower featuring your logo turns your opening event or trade fair into a marketing opportunity – exactly what you’re looking for with a product launch or brand activation. Every photo a guest takes by the tower helps carry your brand throughout the evening. Read more about the champagne tower as promotional and marketing event.
You can choose the sparkling wine yourself. In about 90 per cent of cases, we serve our house prosecco, but champagne, cava or a non-alcoholic alternative are just as good. We’d be happy to advise you on the a choice between champagne and prosecco that suits your guests and the occasion.
The champagne hosts and hostesses are included as standard, are smartly dressed, and assemble the tower on site. The individual components fit through a standard doorway, so virtually any business venue is suitable, indoors or outdoors. You simply choose the location; we’ll take care of the set-up, service and dismantling.

Hiring a champagne tower is always ‘price on request’. That’s not an evasive answer, but the honest one: the price depends on the duration of your event, the model chosen, the type of sparkling wine (champagne, cava or prosecco), the number of guests and the branding you require. A Grand Tower Deluxe with champagne for a gala event will cost differently from a mobile Premium model with prosecco for a business drinks reception.
You pay for the package you choose, not for a fixed list. That’s why the price is always available on request.
Your quotation includes the following as standard:
