How does an on-site cocktail workshop work?
The on-site cocktail workshop begins with a brief and lively introduction. Our cocktail mixologist explains which ingredients you’ll be using, how the bar tools work and what to bear in mind when shaking cocktails. This is followed by a live demonstration.
Next, you’ll get stuck in yourself. Together with your colleagues or friends, you’ll mix three different cocktails and taste your own creations. There’ll be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and come up with your own variations. We’ll tailor the workshop to your group and schedule in advance.

A cocktail workshop can be booked for groups of 15 or more, making it ideal for corporate events and group outings. It’s also a perfect activity for large groups: we can organise workshops for up to 200 people. We’ll simply bring along more bartenders.
Take a cocktail workshop at home or on location
Our cocktail bartender brings everything needed to make cocktails. This includes various types of glassware, garnishes, ice cubes and crushed ice. We also provide the bottles of spirits and all the equipment. We usually use the tables already in the venue to run the workshop. If there aren’t any, we can bring our own bar tables. We dress these with black stretch skirts. This means we can really take the workshop to any venue!

How long does a cocktail workshop last?
The duration of the cocktail workshop is flexible and we’ll agree on it together. On average, a workshop lasts 1.5 hours, but if we run a little over time, that’s no problem. Set-up and tidy-up are not included in this time: we’ll arrive about 1.5 hours beforehand to get everything ready at our own pace, so you can enjoy the workshop without a care in the world.
How much does an on-site cocktail workshop cost?
You can book an on-site cocktail workshop with Bar Company from €500 excluding VAT. This includes a fully catered workshop with professional guidance, all ingredients, glassware and bar equipment. The exact price depends on the number of participants, the duration of the workshop and any specific requirements. You will now receive temporary a free tin cocktail shaker worth €15 for each participant. That way, you can recreate the cocktails you’ve learnt to perfection at home.
