What is included when you hire a cocktail bar?
When you hire a cocktail bar, everything is taken care of. You’ll get:
- a professional mobile bar (in various styles)
- experienced cocktail mixers or bartenders
- fresh ingredients, syrups and fresh fruit
- glassware and bar equipment
- set-up and dismantling, including cleaning
That way, you don’t have to organise anything yourself and your guests can enjoy perfect cocktails on the spot.
How many cocktails can be made per hour?
On average, our bartenders shake for up to 50 cocktails per hour per bartender, depending on the complexity of the drinks and the number of varieties on offer. For larger groups, we recommend having several bartenders or bars, so that everyone is served quickly.
Is the cocktail bar also suitable for outdoor venues?
Absolutely! Our mobile cocktail bars can also be used at outdoor venues. Whether it’s a garden party, festival or company barbecue, we’ll provide a bar that suits the atmosphere and can withstand the elements. In case of rain or wind, it’s a good idea to put up a canopy or marquee so that the party can go ahead regardless.

When Bar Company started in 2008, we had just one concept: cocktails. We love drinking cocktails, but we enjoy shaking them even more! And that’s what we’ve made our business. From staff parties and corporate events, right through to private parties such as weddings and birthdays, and of course also on public events and festivals!
