The cost of hiring an on-site barista
The rate for hiring a barista is €37.50 per hour, based on a minimum booking of four hours. This option is suitable where equipment is already available.
If you opt for a barista, including a coffee bar and coffee, you can generally expect the following rates:
- A mobile coffee bar with an espresso machine from €285
- The cost of coffee depends on the number of guests and how much is consumed
A fully catered coffee bar with a barista, coffee and all the necessary equipment is available from €750 excluding VAT. The final price depends on a number of factors. That is why we always provide you with a bespoke quote.
