Why hire a gin and tonic bar?
A gin and tonic seems simple. Gin, tonic, ice – and that’s it. But achieving the perfect balance between spicy, fresh, bitter and aromatic does indeed require expertise.
Our bartenders:
– Working with premium gins and various tonics
– Combine carefully with fresh herbs, spices and fruit
– Advising guests based on their taste preferences
– Ensuring a spectacular presentation
We serve every gin and tonic in a large gin and tonic glass with plenty of ice and elegant garnishes. Think rosemary, orange peel, pink pepper or dried citrus. Every glass is a real eye-catcher.
And yes, you can taste it.

Different styles of gin and tonic bars
No two events are the same. That’s why we offer a range of bar concepts. From sleek and modern to rugged, industrial, vintage or rustic.
Our bars range from compact set-ups 1 metre wide to impressive bars 15 metres wide. They fit through any standard doorway and can be set up almost anywhere – indoors, outdoors or on the exhibition floor. And if you’re looking for something truly special, we’ll set up our mobile gin and tonic cart as a stylish centrepiece.

How do we make the perfect gin and tonic?
We have tested dozens of gins and paired them with a wide variety of tonics and botanicals. In doing so, we have developed unique flavour combinations that you won’t often come across in a standard bar or restaurant.
We also have a glass freezer. We use this to chill the glass rapidly to below zero. When we pour the gin and tonic, a light vapour forms. Not only does this look spectacular, it also ensures that the drink stays cold for longer and that the flavours come through to their full potential.
Guests who don’t drink alcohol can also join in the fun. That’s because we serve high-quality non-alcoholic gin and tonics with the same character and complexity.
Where does the gin and tonic come from?
In the eighteenth century, English soldiers drank Dutch jenever for a bit of extra courage during the war. They therefore called this drink ‘Dutch Courage’. They took the jenever back to England, where it became a popular drink. They made their own version and called it gin.
Tonic contains quinine, a proven remedy for malaria. It just tasted very bitter. To mask this taste, the British soldiers mixed it with water, sugar, lime and gin. The gin and tonic was born!

Absolutely. At corporate events in particular, a gin and tonic bar encourages interaction and creates a memorable experience. Guests gather at the bar, strike up conversations and enjoy a premium drinking experience.
Can you serve non-alcoholic gin and tonics as well?
Yes. We offer high-quality non-alcoholic gin alternatives, so that guests who do not drink alcohol can also enjoy the experience to the full.
Do you need electricity or water?
For most set-ups, a standard power point is sufficient. We’ll bring our own water if necessary.
