What is included when you hire a Koffie Piaggio?

When you hire a Koffie Piaggio, the following is included:
- ☕ A professional Barista who is incredibly hospitable
- ☕ Sustainable coffee that you’ve never tasted before
- ☕ Biodegradable cups and stirrers
- ☕ Cappuccinos with a variety of (plant-based) milks and a lovely heart-shaped design in the milk foam
- ☕ Delicious Monin syrups such as Chocolat, Butterscotch or Vanilla

How renting a Koffie Piaggio works
- Arrival
Our baristas arrive on site. This is usually two hours before the Piaggio coffee shop opens. We introduce ourselves politely, take a look around the venue and ask if there are any specific requests or special considerations. Together, we decide where the Piaggio will be positioned. We only need a standard 230V power socket, as we bring our own water. - Setting up, getting changed & eating
The experienced baristas will fit the tricycle in an hour. When we’re ready, we’ll park the van and go and get changed. In the meantime, the machine will warm up. This takes 45 minutes. - The Piaggio coffee shop is now open
In no time at all, a cosy atmosphere develops and people start gathering round the Piaggio. Our friendly baristas are busy serving up the most delicious coffee specialities. Your colleagues, guests or visitors can order as much coffee and tea as they like. And, of course, we’ll provide some tasty treats to go with the coffee. - Wrap-up & departure
Once the event has finished and the guests have left the venue, we’ll start clearing up. We’ll leave the venue tidy again. We’ll ask you whether everything went to your satisfaction and thank you for a lovely evening. - Afterglow
You open WhatsApp and see a lovely string of messages from guests, full of compliments and thanks for the lovely day! You’ve also received the invoice by email.

This is how much it costs to hire a Koffie Piaggio
The cost of hiring a Koffie Piaggio depends mainly on three factors:
1. The venue for the event.
2. How long we’re allowed to make coffee.
3. The date of the event.
As a guide: if you’d like to hire a Piaggio Coffee van with a barista for your event in Amsterdam, including four hours of unlimited coffee service, the price is: €900.
