At her palace, better known as Bar Company, Sherine Thijssen is responsible for all aspects of human resources. She determines which top performers are assigned to which tasks. It's a job with a lot of responsibility where flexibility is essential. Sherine is in constant contact with our baristas en cocktail shakers and manages dozens of schedules. Cool, right? Nevertheless, Sherry is always afraid of the dark.
Sherine has been working at BC since 2014. After countless hours behind the bars, it was time for a change and she started working as a manager at KPN. But she couldn't resist, and soon returned to Bar Company as the first female employee in the office.
You could say Sherine is the company's mom. A strong and caring mother everyone would love to have.
