We’ve been mixing cocktails at parties for over 15 years. Our cocktail catering services are all-inclusive and therefore include a gift mobile cocktail bar and everything that’s needed.

But we’ve recently taken it a step further. You can now have cocktails made with an image or logo featured on them! And this logo is edible, too.

Cocktails featuring an image or logo are currently all the rage. And it’s no wonder. This addition is a lovely touch at your wedding, for example, to display your names. Or to serve up a funny selfie in your Pornstar Martini on your 30th^e Birthday in the garden.

But it’s only when it comes to businesses that things get really interesting.

It creates a ‘wow’ factor that guests are only too happy to share on Instagram. As a result, you’re guaranteed to see your brand featured frequently on social media! Free publicity. And the value this brings far exceeds the investment in the logo option.

But what if my guests don’t drink alcohol? No problem. We also make non-alcoholic cocktails. These look exactly the same as alcoholic cocktails, except you’re spared the hangover.

This is how we make the cocktails with the logo on them

A special printer uses edible ink to print an image onto a thin sheet of sugar, rice paper or wafer paper. The paper melts in the cocktail, causing the image to float on top of the drink.

Not every cocktail is suitable

Edible printing doesn’t work with every cocktail; it can only be used on drinks with frothy toppers, such as those made from egg white or aquafaba emulsion. Drinks topped with foam create a cohesive, blank “canvas”, and the foam provides sufficient support to hold the paper and ink in place.
