Cocktail catering for a company party means that we bring the entire cocktail bar to your venue and take care of everything involved. That’s the difference compared with just a hire a cocktail bar for your company party: When it comes to catering, we take care of the entire process, from the initial consultation right through to the final wash-up. Our mixologists shake every cocktail live on site, using fresh ingredients and serving them in the appropriate glassware, with our own homemade syrups. No pre-mixed bottles, no ready-made products.

We know exactly what a corporate group needs: a smooth flow, a menu that’s just right, and a bar that becomes the beating heart of the party. A complete selection includes at least seven cocktails and mocktails, tailor-made and changing with the seasons, with at least five popular cocktails and two non-alcoholic options. This way, every group is sure to find something to their taste.

Using cocktail catering for business events also means working with a dedicated point of contact. Your event adviser will finalise the menu, the number of bars and the timings in advance, and on the evening itself, a team will be on hand to keep the party running smoothly. Whether it’s a warehouse, an open-plan office or an outdoor venue with a marquee: the bars fit through a standard doorway and can be linked together to form a setup up to fifteen metres wide.

This is how we organise your company party, from set-up to take-down

A successful party starts well before the first cocktail. Here’s how we go about it:

1. Advice in advance Your event consultant will work with you to decide on the menu, the number of bars and the staffing levels that suit your group. 2. On-site assembly Our party organisers drive to your party in their own vans and set up the bar within an hour. 3. Shaken live during the party The bartenders serve freshly shaken cocktails all evening, keeping an eye on the flow of customers and the atmosphere. 4. Clearing up afterwards We’ll tidy everything away properly; you don’t need to worry about a thing.

In terms of capacity, you can expect around 50 cocktails per hour per cocktail shaker and one bartender for every 50 to 75 guests. Allow for two to three cocktails per person. If you’re expecting 150 colleagues or more, we’ll set up multiple bars or provide extra shakers to ensure there are no queues and everyone is served quickly. If space is limited, a manoeuvrable cocktail trolley can be wheeled around the room, so that the drinks come to your guests rather than the other way round.

Branding on the bar

Non-alcoholic version included as standard

A company party is also an opportunity to showcase your brand. We’ll add your logo to the menus free of charge, and we’re happy to name cocktails after your company – for example, a house Mojito bearing your company name. If you’d like to take it a step further, we can design a bespoke signature cocktail, complete with custom ice cubes featuring your logo. This will make the bar a natural talking point amongst your guests.

Not everyone drinks alcohol, and we take that into account. As well as our cocktails, we always offer a full mocktail menu, featuring our own original recipes rather than simply cocktails with the alcohol removed.
